Founded by Sal Flores, F.A.S. has grown from a small family enterprise into a respected contractor serving state and institutional clients. Our leadership team blends hands-on field experience with disciplined project management to ensure precision and accountability on every job. Sal has more than 30 years of experience, of which 25 has been running large-scale companies until he branched out on his own about 10 years ago.
We are signatory to a union, our EMR rating is .50, and we are SBE certified.
